What data I collect and why

Contact form submissions

When you submit the contact form on this site, I collect your name, email address, company name, and message. I use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. This data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest.

Google Analytics

If you consent to analytics cookies, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised data about how visitors use the site. This includes pages visited, time spent on pages, approximate location (country level), and device type. This data is used to understand how the site is performing and improve it over time. Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC in accordance with their privacy policy.

How long I keep your data

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months in line with GA4 default settings.

Who I share your data with

I do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with the following service providers who process it on my behalf:

  • Formspree — contact form processing
  • Google Analytics — website analytics (only if you consent)
  • Calendly — appointment scheduling (only if you use the booking feature)

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and processes data in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Your rights
