I'm Jess. A commercial leader from the data and insights world who learned to build with AI.
I now work with agencies and scaleups who are serious about making AI work commercially.

Designed the data methodology from scratch and built the entire platform end-to-end. The commercial exit thesis was embedded from day one — every product decision made with the acquisition outcome in mind.
Agentic transformation, a leading CTV analytics SaaS
End-to-end AI transformation across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Workflows redesigned, agents designed and deployed, teams trained and operational. The business now scales commercially without scaling headcount.
Lead generation and workflow automation, a UK creative agency
Designed and deployed bespoke AI tools and automated pipelines that replaced manual process across the commercial function. Measurable reduction in time spent on low-value activity and a significant increase in outbound capacity.
Fractional commercial advisory, multiple AI-native startups

Hi, I'm Jess. A senior commercial leader with 15 years of experience across data, insights, and B2B technology. I spent nearly a decade founding and running Ten Bear Group, delivering strategic insights to Fortune 500 companies globally, and advising startups across B2B SaaS, AI/ML, and data-led businesses.
Then, in 2023, I learnt to build.Now I develop AI products, run transformation projects, and advise founders on AI adoption and commercial strategy. While most people in AI come from a coding background, I come from the commercial side. Everything I deliver is engineered for long-term commercial success.
