Hi, I'm Jess. A senior commercial leader with 15+ years experience across data, insights, and B2B technology. I spent nearly a decade as the Founder and CEO of Ten Bear Group, delivering strategic insights to Fortune 500 companies globally, and advising startups and scaleups across B2B SaaS, AI/ML, and data-led businesses.
Then, in 2023, GenAI arrived.And I watched a lot of clever people build a lot of expensive things nobody asked for.
That gap, between what AI can do and what it should do, is where I work now, designing the commercial strategy and building the agents and automations that deliver it.
